By signing up to use any of the solutions contained in the suite Mobility in a Box, you get different services integrated that strengthen and make your system a real work tool, aimed to impulse productivity of its field staff and extend the capabilities of their internal systems in field.

The basic services included in your subscription are the next:

  •  Training for 2 hours in using the software tool (directed to end customers)
  • Technical assistance 24 hours by email / WhatsApp / FB Messenger
  •  Technical assistance by telephone from 9:00 to 18: 00hrs Monday to Friday (Mexico central time)
  • Support in the installation process in App mobile devices.

These are services that you can hire with an additional cost allowing strengthen the system of choice.
